Blog / Small Change Screens “Action News” Tonight at the Nightlight

by Jerstin Crosby

Small Change presents:

“ACTION NEWS” ON TOUR!   A collection of experimental films and videos and music videos from Philadelphia-based filmmakers.

Fantastical deteriorating video narratives, metaphysical workout videos, music videos, and experimental animations and documentaries from Philadelphia. Curated by the members of the Small Change film screening series you can expect the full range of emotions from sensory overloading trance-party-inducing visuals, deeply personal life-affirming introspection, Wu-Tang dance parties, and TGIF television nostalgia.

Dave Dunn
Chris Ward

This touring video screening is a hodge podge of amazing artists.  Ryan Trecartin was recently blurbed in Art Forum as an up-and-coming, Michael Robinson was on my show Acid Rain Production last month, and is featured in the current, and final :(  Branch Gallery screening I curated called “If Only To Wake My Neighbors Up”.

Small Change was founded in January 2004 by: Leahtard, Julie Gerstein, Patrick Grossi, Ted Passon, and Michael Robinson.

Current members include: David Dunn and Ted Passon.
