Last week, artist William Cordova visited the Nasher Museum (you might have seen his “Greatest Hits” sculpture of 3,000 records in the Great Hall recently). He hung out with us and even came to a meeting about the upcoming exhibition “The Record” (opening August 20, 2010). He explored the exhibition “Beyond Beauty: Photographs from the Duke University Special Collections Library,” and said it was very impressive. Dez is a rising senior at North Carolina Central University.
