SUMMER DAYS NASHER NIGHTS: DINNER AND A MOVIE / Thursday, May 29, 5 PM / Savor a two-course dinner special at the Nasher Museum Café before a free film at 7 PM. This week's film is Ai Weiwei: The Fake Case (learn more and view trailer).

BLOG:Dario Robleto, Sometimes Billie Is All That Holds Me Together (detail), 1998–99. Hand-ground and melted vinyl records, various clothing, acrylic, spray paint. Several new buttons were crafted from melted Billie Holiday records to replace missing buttons on found, abandoned, or thrift store clothing.

After the discarded clothing was made whole again, it was redonated to the thrift stores or placed back where it was originally found. Dimensions variable. Private collection, New York. Admission

General admission to the Nasher Museum is $5 ($4 for Seniors). Admission is FREE for Nasher Museum members, children 15 and under, Duke students, faculty and staff with Duke I.D. and Duke Alumni Association Members with Alumni Membership Card. Thursday, 5-9 PM, admission is free for all.

Admission is also FREE to all active duty military personnel and up to five family members, with military ID: Geneva Convention common access card (CAC), a DD Form 1173 ID card, or a DD Form 1173-1 ID card.
