Mary Collins, a poet based in Boston, visited “The Record: Contemporary Art and Vinyl” last week at the ICA/Boston. Right away, the art reminded her of a poem she’d written.
Boston grooves to “The Record”
Just in time for national Record Store Day, the exhibition “The Record: Contemporary Art and Vinyl” opens at the ICA/Boston. Clearly the city of Boston has embraced the first exhibition devoted to the culture of vinyl records in contemporary art!
