Artist Shahzia Sikander visited the Nasher Museum last month as part of a Visiting Artist Grant from Duke’s Council for the Arts, in the Office of the Provost. Her connection to Duke is the Nasher Museum’s exhibition Doris Duke’s Shangri La: Architecture, Landscape, and Islamic Art, on view through December 31.
