"A Night in Golden Age Spain"
A gala benefiting the Nasher Museum
Please join us for a grand celebration of Spanish arts, from food and wine to music, dance and painting, evoking the baroque splendor of the court of Philip III. Enjoy a final opportunity to view the exhibition on the closing weekend.
Admission to the gala is $150 per person, or $250 per person for members of the host committee, who will be invited to a special pre-reception honoring Jorge Dezcallar, Spanish Ambassador to the United States. Proceeds from this event will benefit the Nasher Museum's educational programs.
For pre-paid reservations, please call the Membership office at 919-684-3411, or write email@example.com.

About events at the Nasher Museum
Since the Nasher Museum opened in 2005, it quickly became a premiere destination for private events. The museum is located between East and West Campuses at Duke University, convenient to Duke Chapel, the Sarah P. Duke Gardens, area hotels and Research Triangle Park.
The Mary D.B.T. Semans Great Hall
With its dramatic glass and steel roof, the Mary D.B.T. Semans Great Hall lends itself to corporate events, weddings and other celebrations. The 13,000-square-foot space accommodates up to 250 guests for a seated dinner and receptions for 100 to 500 guests. The Great Hall is available for private events after the museum closes to the public, every night except Thursday.
Special all-inclusive packages are available for corporate events during "El Greco to Velázquez: Art during the Reign of Philip III."
The Nasher Museum works with five approved catering companies, each with its own culinary, service and design specialties, and all experienced at creating successful events within the limitations of the museum environment.
