A work-in-progress version (view trailer) of renowned artist and cultural activist Chris Jordan’s film project documenting the plight of thousands of albatrosses who mistake floating plastic trash for food. Jordan will also participate in a panel discussion about sustainability with environmental artist Bryant Holsenbeck and Duke doctoral student Pinar Yoldas on Wednesday, October 30 at 7pm, at the Center for Documentary Studies. Both the screening and panel are part of the annual Duke Arts Festival, which this year focuses on sustainability.
