Please join us for a free symposium to celebrate A Portrait of Venice, a multi-media exhibition that brings to life the city of Venice through Jacopo de’ Barbari’s iconic View, part of The Collection Galleries at the Nasher Museum. Neil F. McWilliam (Duke University) will deliver the opening remarks. The program continues with a panel discussion entitled “Behind the View of Venice: Conversations about the Masterpiece,” with Tracy E. Cooper (Temple University), Rachel McGarry (Minneapolis Institute of Art) and Kristin L. Huffman (Duke University). More information.
