CANCELLED: Walk/Anda Forever
- This event has passed.
This event has been cancelled. The museum is closed temporarily until further notice.
The health and safety of museum visitors, staff and volunteers is our top priority. All events scheduled through May 7 are canceled. Please check back for further updates. The university has adopted new policies on spring semester classes, residential life, travel, events and campus visitors. Find this update and the latest information on Duke’s Coronavirus Response website.
With facilitation by Aya Shabu of Whistle Stop Tours, teens will “walk/anda” into The Collection Galleries for an interactive, gamified walking tour. Teens are invited to explore multiple galleries including the Incubator Gallery that has the exhibition Cultures of the Sea: Art of the Ancient Americas, and consider life without colonization like in the fictional country of “Wakanda.”
This program is FREE but space is limited – be sure to register in advance.
