One Curator. Three Artists. One Amazing Series.

Join us on YouTube Premiere for Associate Curator Molly Boarati’s interview with artist Pedro Lasch about his printmaking practice and his work in the exhibition Graphic Pull: Contemporary Prints from the Collection.

“Can dirt be considered printmaking? Can you make prints with dirt? Can you make prints with your fingerprints? Some of the prints in this series have wineglass stains because one of the participants took it to a bar on the U.S. Mexico border. Do we call wine staining a new printmaking technique now? No. But in a way, it added to my experience, it makes it interesting to me.” — Pedro Lasch, artist born in Mexico City and research professor of Art, Art History & Visual Studies.
