Best in Show

Christopher Guest directed this “mockumentary” Best in Show (2000, 88 minutes, rated PG-13), which follows the many eccentrics who enter their pets in a prestigious dog show in order to win the coveted top prize.

This film series complements Karel Appel and Dieter Roth: Cats and Dogs, an exhibition that offers a playful and amusing take on two of the most adored domestic pets, on view May 26 – November 25 within The Collection Galleries.
