Join us for our annual fall celebration and get inspired by local photographers in Across County Lines: Photography from the Piedmont. Create kid-friendly versions of some of the art on display, and look closely while participating in an exciting Gallery Hunt with your family. Show off your creativity in our costume fashion show and then capture the memory in our photo studio.
Join Paperhand Puppets for a lively and musical parade around the museum. Visitors will also be invited to activate their own For Freedoms yard signs as part of For Freedoms and the 50 State Initiative.
Also, bring in your gently used books to donate to Book Harvest. Book Harvest provides books to children in central North Carolina and engages families and communities to promote children’s lifelong literacy and academic success.
