Join Duke undergraduate students for a gallery talk on the exhibition they co-curated, Cultures of the Sea: Art of the Ancient Americas, in the Incubator Gallery. Diverse works from 100 BCE to present illustrate how the ocean shaped the legacies of ancient cultures on the Central and South American coasts. Many of the works from the collection are on view for the first time. Reception will follow.
