10 AM – 1 PM PRIDE Durham: Parade on Main Street; After 5 PM Music and more.
1 PM Karsh Alumni and Visitors Center Grand Opening: Head one block west on Duke University Road for all-access tours and refreshments at the brand new campus welcome center.
2 & 4 PM Performances of Composition 21 by Naama Tsabar in the new Sculpture Garden: Featuring 21 local musicians who identify as women and/or gender nonconforming. Performances run approximately 1 hr.
5 – 7 PM Cosmic Rhythm Vibrations Exhibition Opening Event: Join us in the Great Hall to celebrate the new exhibition.
5:30 PM Cash bar
6 – 8 PM Arts Open House at the Ruby: Join us at the Rubenstein Arts Center across Campus Drive! See work by Chandan Gomes (India), Daniel Aguilar Ruvalcaba (Mexico City), and queerXscape (by Duke graduate students). Visit the Dance Cube to meet new MFA Dance students and more.
