Join us to celebrate the opening of Ebony G. Patterson . . . while the dew is still on the roses . . . with a cash bar at 5:30 PM and tunes by DJ Marshall Jones.
Head into the galleries at 6 PM for a talk by Ayanna Legros (pictured below), a graduate student in Duke’s History Department. She was awarded the Emerging Scholars Award by the Haitian Studies Association and was granted an NSF travel grant from the Society for the History of Technology. Space is limited for this talk. Her talk will be followed by a reception. Admission is free all day!
