Visitor Parking

The museum’s parking lot is located at 650 Alexander Avenue. Parking costs $2 per hour and payment is processed through Duke’s Blue Spot website under NASH parking lot. If you experience difficulties while using the Blue Spot site, please write down or take a photo of your vehicle’s license plate number and seek assistance at the Visitor Services Desk.

Additional paid parking is available on weekends and after 4 PM on weekdays in the Campus Drive lot, located on Anderson Street near the Campus Drive intersection ($2 per hour).

ADA Parking, Access, & Passenger Drop-off

The museum’s parking lot includes designated accessible parking spaces, and the entrance path is ADA accessible. Guests with mobility challenges may use the Anderson Street driveway for passenger drop-off and pick-up, or may park in a designated accessible space. If you need assistance getting from the parking lot to the museum entrance, call the Visitor Services Desk at 919-684-6090 and a staff member will be happy to pick you up in a golf cart.

For feedback on campus parking, contact Duke Parking and Transportation at 919-684-PARK (7275).
