Tagliatelle: The Medici’s Pasta
Thursday, October 26, 7 PM Chef Josh “Skinny” DeCarolis, owner and chef of Mothers & Sons Trattoria in Durham, brings his giant wooden pasta board and rolling pin to demonstrate fatta a mano (handmade) tagliatelle pasta. This evening at the Nasher Museum Café, the menu will feature Josh’s tagliatelle paired with his special ragu, a tomato-based sauce of tender, slow-cooked ground pork and beef.
