Teacher Summer Institute: Teaching Through Object‑Based Learning

Join us June 15-17 for the Nasher’s Teacher Summer Institute 2026: Teaching Through Object‑Based Learning. This three‑day professional development experience invites K–12 educators to explore museums as dynamic spaces for inquiry, critical thinking, and curriculum design. Through behind‑the‑scenes access, object analysis, hands‑on workshops, gallery play, and collaborations with Nasher staff and Duke partners, teachers will gain practical strategies to bring visual literacy and object‑based learning into their classrooms.

Space is limited. Participants will receive CEUs, morning coffee, and lunch.
