Gallery Guides are facilitators. They do not memorize scripts, or give lectures. Their key role is to engage their audience in a conversation about art, and to empower them to be confident in approaching art on their own. Gallery Guides also facilitate the hands-on activity that accompanies many school tours.

  • Note: the Nasher is open Tues, Wed, Fri and Sat 10 AM -5 PM; Thurs 10 AM - 9 PM; and Sun Noon-5 PM. Gallery Guide trainings happen on Mondays from 10:30 AM - Noon and are repeated on Thurs evenings 5:30-7 PM.
