Nasher Museum Director Sarah Schroth invited supporting members (Sustainer through Brummer Society levels) to celebrate the opening of Pop América, 1965-1975, the night before the exhibition opened to the public, on February 20. The public opening the next night featured Guest Curator and Duke Professor Esther Gabara, who gave a talk about the exhibition that was four years in the making. Artist Judy Baca gave a talk to K-12 teachers as part of their workshop at the museum. Photos by J Caldwell.
