So you brought a backpack to the museum.

Backpacks, outside of the gallery context, are a net positive on society. Although, I haven’t actually researched the backpack
industry’s practices so I can’t say that for certain.

Backpacks should be checked in a locker.

If you have liquids, food, large or unwieldy items, for example that marble bust of your favorite nephew, you can also check those in a locker while you browse the collections.

The lockers are located at the mural wall by the lecture hall. They are free, secure, and convenient, like inheriting a
Toyota Camry.

To lock the locker, press C, then type in a 4 digit code, then press the key.

When you’re ready to retrieve your items, press C, type in your 4 digit code, then press the key and pull the handle.

So there you have it. You’ve visited the galleries, and safeguarded your belongings as well as the art in the collection.

Check out the new lockers when you visit the Nasher Museum. Folks, and I only mention this because there have been inquiries, Nasher Membership does not include insurance for precious minerals stored in the lockers.
