Back-to-Back Drawing in the Galleries

Grab a friend and meet us at the museum to experience our galleries through fun experimental drawing!! Our gallery guides will take you on a back-to-back drawing adventure! Let your companion describe a work of art to you while you use pencil and paper to reproduce it without looking at it. Change galleries and switch roles. The big reveal of the artworks will fill the room with excitement and laughter as you discover how close (or not) you got to the original.

End the night with dinner at the Nasher Café or order a drink to enjoy in our Great Hall.

 

Thursdays at the Nasher

Thursdays at the Nasher is a series of free evening programs and events that showcase artists, scholars and other creatives. Programs include smart-phone poetry, sketching in the galleries, live music, film screenings, cash bars and more. We invite visitors of all ages to connect with art and enjoy the galleries until 9 PM. Learn more.
