Finals? Demanding job? Stress? Duke Wellness comes to the museum with meditation and serenity. Grab a friend and enjoy a night of relaxation, awareness and mindfulness.

5 – 8 PM: Meditative Art
Relax and be creative without the pressure of performing. We invite you to practice mindfulness and experience peace by leaving it all on paper. No experience necessary and materials will be provided!

5 – 8 PM: Painting
Find a calming space to take time out of the busy week to be creative, de-stress and have fun. Paint night is designed for people of all artistic levels: The most important thing is to enjoy yourself. Bring your friends or come on your own—everyone is welcome! All painting supplies will be provided.

6 – 8 PM: Flow Circus
Join us outdoors in the Sculpture Garden for an environment created for play while building connections with others. Learn a new skill with flop balls and juggling! We’ll focus on being comfortable despite being imperfect or “not performing well,” while building community and energizing one another.

6:30 – 8 PM: Restorative Yoga
This wellness experience is about focusing on the mind-body connection through restful poses, controlled breathing and relaxation to help manage stress and anxiety.
